Terms and Conditions
BrandCentric Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Each Participant must be a United States citizen, residing in the 48 contiguous
United States and the District of Columbia and must be 14 years of age or older before December 31,
2010, to enter. Employees and the immediate families of employees of BrandCentric Games, its affiliates
and advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where
prohibited.
2. CONTEST SIGN-UP PERIOD: The Contest will begin on March 6, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern
Time (ET) and be completed on September 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
3. HOW TO ENTER: On the FRANCHI$IT homepage, (www.franchisit.com), FRANCHI$IT
online affiliate websites offering the contest or thru banners and buttons promoting the contest
thru other websites. Submit your video by posting on your YouTube account and send the link to
freddy@franchisit.com. Videos must have a clean concept with no nudity or vulgarity. Only one entry
per person. No purchase is necessary.
4. CONTEST PRIZE: Dinner for two with a Hollywood producer/director. One (1) FRANCHI$IT
board game.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The contest winner will be selected by a judge
on 09-12-11 from among the eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by via either email or
telephone on 09-16-11. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, and/or
likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation as permitted by law. By
participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Contest.
6. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, participant agrees to release and hold harmless
BrandCentric Games and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and
agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever.
7. WINNER: The winner of the contest will be posted on http://www.franchisit.com , and all our social-
media forums.
