FRANCHI$IT Xbox 360 with Kinect Contest

BrandCentric Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Each Participant must be a United States citizen, residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and must be 18 years of age or older before December 6, 2010, to enter. Employees and the immediate families of employees of BrandCentric Games, its affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

2. CONTEST SIGN-UP PERIOD: The Contest will begin on December 6, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and be completed on December 20, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).

3. HOW TO ENTER: On the FRANCHI$IT homepage, (www.franchisit.com), FRANCHI$IT online affiliate websites offering the contest or thru banners and buttons promoting the contest thru other websites. Submit your idea and/or attach graphics by clicking on the "Enter the Xbox 360 Kinect Contest" icon. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.

4. CONTEST PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Xbox 360 Kinect (ARV = $400.00). Insurance and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. One (1) FRANCHI$IT board game (ARV - $39.99) The prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.)

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The contest winner will be selected by a judge on 12-21-10 from among the eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by via either email or telephone on 12-21-10. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation as permitted by law. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Contest.

6. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees to release and hold harmless BrandCentric Games and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever.

7. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNER: The Official Rules will be posted at the FRANCHI$IT web site throughout the contest. The winner with winning space will be posted on http://www.franchisit.com.
